Client Information Specialist

The typical scope of services and deliverables includes the following:

  • Analyze and examine issues around the tracking system and data captured
  • Track issues and concerns that are managed by the Support Centre
  • Track progress through implementation
  • Report on issues as they arise, escalate if necessary
  • Look for trends in issues raised during implementation
  • Assist in developing reporting standards for the sector
  • Assist with scheduling and training coordination
  • Conduct analysis related to standards and project implementation
  • Excellent customer service experience required (help desk/call centre)
  • Health sector experience preferred

Implementation Analyst

The typical scope of services and deliverables includes the following:

  • Report to the Implementation Lead as well as lead business requirements gathering to configure and implement an HR/Payroll software solution within assigned sector stakeholder organizations throughout Ontario
  • Assist client in analyzing needs for conversion of data from existing systems for amalgamation of databases and creating processes to ensure high quality and effective conversions and implementation
  • Take the tasks that were identified for implementation in each sector stakeholder organization and work with the Application Configuration Support Team to implement and pass parallel payroll runs
  • Manage targets to ensure migration of organization meets overall implementation plan
  • Communicate with end-users regarding all aspects related to the application configuration
  • Experience in implementing Financial and or HRIS applications required
  • Health sector experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service experience required

Financial Analyst

This role will focus on improving data quality around all MIS projects.

The typical scope of services and deliverables includes the following:

  • Conduct research and analysis on data submissions and retrieval processes
  • Assist and support implementation by providing feedback on current financial processes
  • Identify business improvements to enhance data quality
  • Develop and run data extracts and reconcile data reports
  • Experience in implementing Financial and Statistical applications and conducting data analysis required
  • Health sector experience preferred

Education Specialist

Requirements include:

  • Regulated healthcare professional (RN, RPN, LPN, PT, OT, RD or RT)
  • Experience educating and teaching in a healthcare setting
  • Experience working in long-term and/or community care
  • Significant experience with RAI-MDS 2.0 full suite
  • Ability to travel within province
