Director, Business Development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate Healthtech’s sales and marketing functions
- Manage and supervise sales and marketing staff

Healthcare IM/IT Technical Consultant - Full Time, Toronto
We seek a dynamic individual with Healthcare IM/IT Technical experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and support project teams by participating in; health
informatics initiatives, strategic planning, shared service initiatives, regional studies,
integration projects, supply chain management, clinical application/technology
architecture and design
- Develop business cases, and feasibility studies
- Work with and support clients by performing operational reviews for IT technical operations
- Support and/or lead privacy and security initiatives
- Lead and/or support clients through readiness assessments, tactical planning, implementation
and optimization initiatives related to hospital, regional and jurisdictional information systems

Client Information Specialist
The typical scope of services and deliverables includes the following:
- Analyze and examine issues around the tracking system and data captured
- Track issues and concerns that are managed by the Support Centre
- Track progress through implementation
- Report on issues as they arise, escalate if necessary
- Look for trends in issues raised during implementation
- Assist in developing reporting standards for the sector
- Assist with scheduling and training coordination
- Conduct analysis related to standards and project implementation
- Excellent customer service experience required (help desk/call centre)

Implementation Analyst
The typical scope of services and deliverables includes the following:
- Report to the Implementation Lead as well as lead business requirements gathering
to configure and implement an HR/Payroll software solution within assigned sector stakeholder

- Assist client in analyzing needs for conversion of data from existing systems for amalgamation
of databases and creating processes to ensure high quality and effective conversions and implementation
