Healthtech Consultants believes that driving systems adoption (not just
implementation) is the goal of each project and so we emphasize
communication and change management
as key components of our methodology.
As project stakeholders become more diverse, such as in
enterprise wide and multi-organizational projects, team building and
open communication are emphasized as core project processes. Through
these processes, teams can identify and address conflicting
stakeholder requirements.
